Medication Management

Aeriel Recovery Services offers psychiatric medication management to support

individuals experiencing mental health concerns.

Our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner meets individually with clients to discuss their

symptoms, concerns, current medications, and overall mental health needs. When appropriate, psychiatric medications may be prescribed, adjusted, or continued as part of an individualized treatment plan.

Medication Management May Include:

• Psychiatric medication evaluations
• Reviewing current medications
• Discussing symptoms and treatment goals
• Starting psychiatric medications when appropriate
• Adjusting medication dosages or medications as needed
• Monitoring effectiveness and potential side effects
• Ongoing follow-up appointments
• Education and support related to psychiatric medications



Our goal is to work collaboratively with each client to find a medication plan that supports their mental health, functioning, and overall well-being.
